Booking
Conditions:
When a request for a
booking is made and confirmed by Tuscan Retreat, a booking
deposit of 20% is required to be paid into our bank account
within 5-7 days. It is deemed that this payment of the
deposit constitutes acceptance of the booking conditions
which will be emailed to you and are stated below.
Deposit:
The initial 20% deposit is non refundable
The balance
of payment is due 10 weeks before the start of the
holiday.
A security/breakage deposit of 300 euros is
to be paid to the local agent on arrival.
Cancellations:
Cancellation refunds are as
follows:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation
charge
4-8 weeks – 50% of rate
refunded
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate
refunded
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
What is
supplied in the rental price:
Electricity, gas, linen,
towels, all services.
Arrival and departure times:
To be confirmed by
email.

Booking Confirmation:
Once a booking has been
confirmed and we have received the booking deposit, an
e-mail of confirmation/receipt of payment will be sent to
the guest. This will confirm the dates of your booking and
the amount of your deposit as well as the terms and
conditions of your booking.
